I have spent my life exploring and researching ways to enhance quality of life through health and wellness—from the inside out. I firmly believe that true transformation begins with overall physical health and how a person feels in their body, including their relationship with body image.
From a young age, I recognized that regular exercise, proper sleep, and a balanced diet not only improved my physical and mental well-being, but also fostered a deep sense of confidence and self-assurance. What began as a personal passion for health and wellness naturally evolved into my life’s work.
Over the years, I have coached, trained, and taught individuals from all walks of life, while serving as a dedicated advocate for helping others live their best lives. My experience includes planning and directing wellness retreats, as well as many years working with the YMCA, where I coached, taught, and served as a Director of Health and Wellness.
I have also been deeply committed to giving back to my community—offering fitness classes, leading discussions on personal wellness journeys, and connecting individuals with trusted specialists to support their unique needs.
As Director of Wellness and Body Transformation, I am overjoyed to walk alongside others on their path of discovery—helping them design and navigate their personal wellness map to feel strong, confident, and well from the inside out. I am especially excited to bring my experience, passion, and dedication to Precision Chiropractic, where I look forward to guiding individuals toward achieving their health goals and experiencing true, lasting transformation.
